Sarah heads up the office team, specialising in Accounting & Operations. She loves a gin & tonic and her favourite place to visit is Rarotonga – one of the only places she can actually switch off! She really wants to try heli-skiing one day. On the weekends, you’ll find her spending quality time with Aaron, their two boys, and their pets.
Aaron’s dad Graham merged with Aaron and Sarah’s business to form BOP Plumbing & Gas back in 2016. He has been in the industry for over 30 years, working in the Rotorua and BOP regions. He’s stoked to keep the business in the family and to have seen it grow quickly over the past 6 years.

JulesSenior Operations Coordinator
Jules joined us in 2022. She’s a born and bred Rotorua local and loves to
travel. The craziest thing she’s ever done was arrive in
New York City in the middle of the night only to get lost
in the big smoke! She loves dark chocolate and a
sauvignon blanc. On her bucket list is to sponsor a
refugee family which we think is an awesome goal.
Karl joined our office team in 2021 to help out with the office workload. His favourite sweet treats are a KitKat and a V. He was born in South Korea and loves to go there for holidays. On his bucket list, he wants to see Orcas! We’d definitely recommend a visit to Kaikoura.

His favourite holiday spot is Queenstown (good choice!). We love seeing the team expand with more awesome members of the BOP Plumbing & Gas family.
Fraser joined us in 2020 as a Tradesperson. He reckons you can’t beat H20 for a drink. Fun fact: he once competed in a squash tournament with only a month of training and he thinks you can’t beat the Central Otago mountains for a view. We’ll agree with him on the last one!
Ben joined our team in 2021. He enjoys a coffee or a beer and a snickers bar. The craziest thing he’s ever done is buy a house without seeing it… yep, that’s definitely crazy! We can’t wait to see how Ania progresses through her apprenticeship and plumbing career.
